Will I have to take insulin for life?+
Not always. Many patients control sugar with tablets, food and walking. Insulin is used when it is genuinely needed — sometimes only for a few months — and we teach you how to take it safely and painlessly.
Can diabetes be reversed?+
In early Type 2 diabetes, many people bring sugar back to normal with weight loss, diet and regular follow-up. In long-standing diabetes, it can be controlled very well even if not cured. We tell you honestly which one applies to you.
Do I have to stop eating rice and sweets forever?+
No. Our dietitian builds a plan around normal Indian home food — chapati, rice, dal, vegetables — with the right quantity and timing. Festivals and family functions are planned for, not banned.
My sugar feels fine. Why should I still come?+
High sugar usually causes no pain until damage is done to eyes, kidneys, nerves or heart. A check-up every few months is the cheapest way to avoid a big hospital bill later.
Is treatment here expensive?+
Consultation and lab charges are kept reasonable, and we do not order tests you do not need. You will always be told what a test is for before it is done.
